AVON is a company with a rich history, characterised by the success of their social selling model and empowering women through economic opportunity.
Over the past few years, online shopping has grown significantly. For AVON, this has meant they’ve had to adapt and enhance their digital function, with a particular focus on replicating their personalised 1-1 selling model online to give customers more choice and convenience in how they buy from them, whilst scaling their direct-to-consumer sales.
In collaboration with AVON’s UX team, we designed a fresh new user experience, removing the barriers to purchase and putting the brand’s high-quality beauty products centre stage. Then we seamlessly migrated AVON’s ecommerce operations to a custom Shopify Plus store, enhancing functionality with third-party apps and integrating required back-end systems.
Now, AVON can enjoy the freedom, flexibility and speed of Shopify Plus, whilst their in-house team has time and resources available to focus on scaling the business. We continue to partner with them to support their growth ambitions, ensuring their store is always fully optimised for conversions and delighting customers at every turn.
