The Hosemaster is a UK-based supplier specializing in hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial hoses and couplings. Serving both DIY enthusiasts and professionals, they offer a wide range of products including hose assemblies, fittings, valves, and workshop tools.

Challenge

Having never previously focussed on Email marketing, The Hosemaster came to Velstar looking for us to build the channel from scratch with a full set up of their Klaviyo account including; flow & form builds, campaign sends, segmentation and ongoing management thereafter.

Solution

Velstar’s Email Marketing team has supported The Hosemaster with:

  • Set up of their Klaviyo accounting including integration with their ecommerce platform to ensure key events are tracked for triggering flows.
  •  

  • Full builds of several new automated flows which forms the complete customer experience with touchpoints at each stage of the customer lifecycle including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase & Sunset Unengaged flows.
  •  

  • Creating a higher quality email list by gaining new subscribers at an increased rate while also working to cleanse long-term unengaged profiles from the list
  •  

  • Ongoing campaign management using a mix between product-focussed content and more educational based content to maintain string engagement and appeal to tradespeople and amateurs alike.
