Over time, it has grown into a prominent supplier of quality parts for commercial vehicles and trailers, boasting an inventory valued at over £4 million. With four branches, 35 vans, and a dedicated team of over 50 staff members, the company prides itself on rapid delivery and expert service .
Initially, Truckstop Group relied on a limited ERP-based eCommerce solution that constrained their digital capabilities. Recognising the need for a more dynamic and user-friendly platform, they sought to transition to a solution that would enhance the usability and functionality of their online store, providing a superior customer experience.
We migrated Truckstop Group to Shopify, significantly improving their online presence. Key features implemented include

Advanced Search Functionality: Utilising Shopify’s Search & Discovery app, the site offers organised and filtered product listings, including detailed information such as equivalent OEMs, vehicle fits, and compatibility, enhancing the shopping experience.
Enhanced Product Page Merchandising: Product pages are designed to maximise conversions by featuring comprehensive details, related products, reviews, and stock availability, facilitating informed purchasing decisions.
Diverse Payment Options: The platform supports various payment methods, including Shop Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and multiple credit card providers, offering flexibility to customers.
Post-launch, Velstar continues to provide ongoing store management, technical support, and strategic merchandising, ensuring sustained optimisation and sales performance.
